Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting FaultLine! All of our merchandise is made to order and custom printed just for you, then shipped directly by our trusted fulfillment partner, Printify.

1. Order Processing

All items are made to order.

  • Processing time: 2–7 business days

  • Orders are typically processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times within the United States are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

We ship all orders via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of items in your order:

  • 1 item: $4.99

  • 2 items: $7.99

  • 3 or more items: $9.99

Free shipping on orders over $75.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

 
4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

5. Multiple Shipments

Because we use multiple print providers through Printify, items in the same order may:

  • Ship separately

  • Arrive at different times

 
6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

 
7. Delays & Lost Packages

While we work with reliable partners, we are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed off to the carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

 

We will work with Printify to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
