Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting FaultLine! All of our merchandise is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printify, which means each item is created specifically for you.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

We’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

 

We will work with Printify to:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund if necessary

3. Order Issues & Eligibility

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or provider

5. Cancellations & Changes

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.

If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost or delayed packages once in transit

However, if something goes wrong, reach out and we’ll help where we can.
